About Us 

Mildura Holiday Villas was established in 2011 as a 5-villa boutique accommodation option in the growing town of Mildura, Victoria. The business later expanded, adding Villas 6, 7 and 8 in the years 2016-17. The complete establishment now offer a total of 8 boutique holiday apartments which are all self-contained and surround a large courtyard including a barbeque and entertainment area and large, shaded pool (with toddler section). All our villas have free onsite parking, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
The team at MHV are dynamic and passionate about the villas, as are the owners. The staff make time for all the guests and are constantly asking them how to improve the establishment and its services. There have been many changes and renovations made because of the feedback provided by guests. Frith and Malcolm's dream is to have holiday accommodation that has families feeling relaxed, comfortable, and secure and allows travelers to experience and appreciate this amazing region of Victoria.
The Mildura Holiday Villas are situated 1.8 km from the Mildura CBD. It is a 5 min drive or a 20-30 min walk to the city and a 10 min walk to the beautiful Murray River. The establishment is located opposite Syd Mills public park offering one of Mildura's senior exercise tracks, complete with a BBQ area and large gardens with a bus stop directly in front. The nearby roads are quiet, especially at night.
